How to report a bug
If you are repeatedly experiencing some problem when running Expert Lotto, please email us and we will try to fix the problem for you. However to do so we need some information from you first. So please follow these steps when reporting an application bug:
1. Open your email application and start an email addressed to bugs@expertlotto.com.
2. Describe the problem in as many details as possible. The more information we get the faster we can fix it.
3. Run Expert Lotto and try to reproduce the problem again.
4. In the application select menu View - Application Log.
5. A new window will open at the bottom of the main application screen. That window contains all error messages the application may have produced.
6. Click into the window and press CTRL+A keys. All the text in the window will be selected. Then press CTRL+C keys to copy the selected text to system clipboard, Mac users should press Command+A and Command+C keyboard shortcuts.
7. Switch back to your email window and press CTRL+V keys to paste the text into the email.
8. Send the email to us and we will try to analyze the application logs to find the problem. We may also contact you and ask for more information.
9. We will email you when a fix is available in a new application update.
