How to locate The Bar Graph for Due# Cold# Hot# and Prior draw.?

There isn't this kind of chart in Expert Lotto. Instead you can use menu Winning Numbers - Analyze - Ticket Numbers and then show chart for 'Latest' or 'Due' stats properties.
There is also 'number coloring' available for all tables showing ticket numbers, see menu Tools - Options - Number Coloring - Hot/Cold
