Help installing 5.12

Hi guys
I am have trouble installing 5.12
I downloaded the .exe for windows from the website
I run it as administrator
I get this windows dialogue box

What am I missing?
Any help would be appreciated

If you still have version 5.11 installed, the ".exe" installer may not let you install the 5.12 version. There's more information here> Forum Link
