Arithmetic Complexity. ATTN: Stan

Whilst looking at the Ticket Properties for draws for a 4/40 game I noticed that a AC value of 3 covered 80% of possible combinations.
I wondered if being able to apply AC to any 4 numbers in a 6/40 game would be of any benefit to us.
ie. If the 1st 4 numbers did not have a AC of 3 in the last draw then quite possibly the 1st 4 numbers of the next draw will have an AC of 3
