After a draw I will remove all the filters which succeed for that draw or I I will keep all these filters and reject them.
Probably a hare-brained idea but there are worse ways to filter lines.

I will start by assembling as many filters which have a 25 to 33 % chance of winning.
After a draw I will remove all the filters which succeed for that draw or I I will keep all these filters and reject them.
