Hi rol24.

I think the dark themes only work in the DEV version at the moment. The DEV version 5.12 is on the main web page at this link-> https://www.expertlotto.com/en/tutorials/devbuilds.htm

Hi tdnl46w, I understand that the DEV feature in EL 5.12 is experimental, but it works fine for the filters in the official version. I ask because I want to use the black background, but I want to be sure that the official filters will not have any problems running it. Thanks very much.

I fixed the issues with plugins updates so now I can look into improving the new dark mode support.

You can run the dev version of 5.12 side by side with the official release of 5.12...

I have tweaked the dark mode support in today's dev build update so please give it a shot and let me know if any more tweaks are needed.
You may want to remove (or temporarily rename) ".settings" folder in your current lottery folder to ensure that the application picks up all the new default colors for the dark mode.

Hi Stan.

Thanks for adding the new "Look and Feel" themes to the 5.12 release version. 8)

Some minor tweaks for the new themes;
- Cell borders are missing in many features/tables(or they are the same color as background?).
- Cell sizes are a bit to wide horizontally for some features(What If, Winning Numbers table, all Package tables etc.).
- Package Matrix window; the ticket numbers at the top are a dark color and hard to read in dark modes.
- (edit:) Don't know if this is related to the new themes, but the check mark cells on the left side of the Package Matrix are hard to select or cut off.
- The Apache Netbeans logo(?) is showing instead of EL 5 logo in various places.

Thanks for the feedback, can you send me (or share here) some screen shots showing the large table cells and the Apache icons?

Hi Stan.

I'm still testing the new themes and found a few more issues, specifically with the FlatLaf Dark theme...

FlatLaf Dark theme(EL v.5.12 [250125])...

- Main menu-> What If and Winning Numbers-> Add...(possibly other areas) the ticket number values are cut off(cell to short?).
- Ticket Analyzer and Complex Filter tables/windows do not display cell borders.
- In the Summary History tab-> Sums window, selecting the "+/-" icon, the resulting background colors make the window table values hard to read.
- Complex Filter/Custom Analyzer-> "Add group" and "Add filter" texts are dark blue color and hard to read.
- When selecting ticket numbers in the Number groups or Ticket Analyzer table cells(etc.), the selected light yellow background color makes values hard to read.
- In the complex filter Back-test/Run windows, the "Cancel Running Task" icon does not display.
- Back-testing a filter in a complex filter causes an exception error icon to appear for the package(bottom right corner of the program). This does not happen for the original Look and Feel themes.
- Custom Analyzer-> Summary tab window table does not display cell borders. Also, the Details tab window background pink(?) color washes out cell borders especially when viewing/selecting multiple tickets.
- Using the Select button option while in any chart will cause the bottom and side chart values to disappear(FlatLaf Dark only,...but the FlatLaf Cupertino Dark is also hard to read).

Some of these issues may be different depending on the system/monitor setup, so if you need more info or any screenshots, let me know.

Indeed, many cells in "Flatlaf Cupertino dark" mode look very narrow and you can't see when you want to enter or modify digits in the cells. I hope Stan can fix it.

The 'Cupertino' look and feel is meant for Mac OS X operating system so using it on MS Windows may not yield the best results. For Windows I recommend 'FlatLaf Dark'
