These statistics track the occurrences of low and high numbers in analyzed tickets.
Number is low when it is in the lower
half of number pool, number is high when it is in the upper half of
number pool.
For example in a x/40 lottery, numbers 1 to 20 are low, numbers 21
to 40 are high numbers. In a x/49 lottery, numbers 1 to 24 are low,
numbers 25 to 49 are high.
