Which powerball lottery is that? And exactly do you need to setup with segments??

This is the South Africa Powerball and the Powerball Plus. And the setup for the segments: 3 segment, 1-5, 6-12, 13--------end??? Or 1-6, 7-12, 13--------end???

Both segment settings can work for your lottery. You should look at number distribution in both cases and pick the one where the pool numbers are most equally distributed into the three segment in most draws.
