Extra Bulk Editing

Hi Stan,

In a complex filter you have a bulk edit facility where several elements of the filter can be selected to change ie Accept/Reject, Enable/Disable and Remove.

Could this bulk edit facility be extended to include the ’At least X to Y in each ticket/groups must pass/levels must pass etc’ please. Thus change all X and or Y at once.

Thanks

I can add that to all relevant History filters, but not to Number groups filters as each Number groups filter can have different count of groups so also a different min/max to pass ranges.

Thanks Stan,

Appreciate that there may be issues with some filter types, but will be happy to see it where it can be applied.

There already is an option to set min/max levels to pass in all History filters (where it makes sense). Just select them all in the complex filter window and right-click to show context menu.

Stan,

I think this bulk editing suggestion has fallen by the way side.

Appreciate if you might revisit this.

Thanks

I've readded that to my todo list.
Btw, it would help if you could compile the list of filter names that have that 'min/max to pass' option - there are too many of them already and I don't even remember what's all available in the application:)

Thanks Stan for the opportunity to make some suggestions,

Perhaps a bit of a wish list for bulk editing particularly the last two but here’s hoping -

Number Differences - across Levels 0 through 10 (default)
Segment Patterns - across Levels 0 through 10 (default)

And then applying to these filters where Levels may not apply but the filter itself may be used multiple times in a Complex Filter.

Pairs
Triplets
HSR (extended)
Ticket Numbers
Segment Size
Segment Difference Sum Ranges 50/100
Negative Difference Summary
Match Past Sums
Numbers at Positions

And then –
Would it be possible to apply a bulk edit capability to Select Draws?
And also apply to filters at the Group Level ie where several filters are included within a Group and the Group is set to x of y must pass? A complex filter may of course contain multiple Groups.

thanks

But use the new bulk editing with care. There's no reliable range checking when setting new value so you can put your filters into an inconsistent state and they may stop working.

Create or open a complex filter, select two or more filters and right-click them. You will see a new item in the context menu.
