H/C Positions (Matrix).

H/C Positions (Matrix).

Postby Tom Cruise » Fri Nov 02, 2012 6:13 am

Hi Stan,
I have being trying to make a matrix for the hot/cold numbers in Excel to determine the next draw's numbers positions.
what I did is
1- cut-off draw date (last draw).
2- analyze last 8 draws tickets numbers.
3- sort by occurrence.
4- copy and paste in Excel.
5- highlight the last winning numbers.

I found most of the time there will be 0 repetitions of the last draw position. I have attached an Excel file to make it clear.
My question, is it possible to add a hot/cold matrix, and is it possible to be exportable to Excel?
this will help in making a more accurate wheel for a certain lottery.

cheers,

Well, it is possible to create such a matrix. But how would you use it? Such table seems a bit hard to evaluate ...

You could evaluat it by exchange each highlighted number by its position value.
For example:
12-May-2012 winning numbers ( 3,7,11,23,31,38)
The real value in terms of H/C matrix is P2 P22 P47 P8 P39 P49 (see Exel file).
I have checked 50 draws in my H/C matrix and the highest repeatation is 2 positions.
You could make it as a filter and it will be as usefull as match winning numbers, and match winning numbers position filter.
But with wheeling will be usefull in avoiding all compenations that will never happen.

Cheers,

Sounds like a good one. Have you ran some tests yet if this is really a working theory?

I'm not sure such a filter will remove many combinations but please enter your request here: http://expertlotto.com/issues
