Software

Expert Lotto is completely written in Java so it runs on any operating system which supports Java. That means that Expert Lotto works fine on MS Windows (98, Me, 2000, NT, XP), Linux, Mac OS and other operating systems.

The Java version required is 1.4 or better. If you don't have Java installed on your computer you can download it from www.java.com or here.

Hardware

There are no specific hardware requirements, your computer must be capable of running the Java Virtual Machine. We only recommend to use screen resolution of at least 1024x768 pixels.

The minimum requirements for Expert Lotto are:

• 200MHz Pentium CPU
• 64MB RAM
• 800x600 screen resolution

The recommended configuration is:

• 1GHz Pentium CPU
• 128MB RAM
• 1024x768 screen resolution

To install the application you will need only about 5MB of free disk space.

The application requires additional disk space for temporary files. Exper Lotto can generate and work with all possible number combinations (more here). For example when playing a lottery where six numbers is drawn out of 49 the list of all possible combinations requires about 90MB of free disk space. Playing lotteries with more numbers in the drawing pool may require even more disk space.

The amount of free disk space you will need depends on the lottery you wish to play and also on the way you will use the application. However for most situations 300-500MB should be sufficient.
